Air sealing
Sealing attic air leaks reduces drafts and keeps warm air from escaping during winter months. Combined with insulation, it is one of the most cost-effective ways to save energy.Attic insulation
Attic insulation keeps your house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There are many types of insulations available, including low-emission and recycled content. Existing insulation must be R-11 or lower.Duct sealing
Leaky ducts can lose over 20% of conditioned air through holes and poor connections. Seal your ducts properly to make sure that your warm and cool air gets where it needs to go.Hot water pipe insulation
Insulating your hot water pipes saves energy and helps conserve water, since you won’t have to run the shower or faucets as long to get the water hot. Existing pipe insulation wrap allowed.Thermostatic shut-off valve
A thermostatic shut-off valve is a small device that attaches to your existing shower. It shuts off the shower once the cold water turns warm, in order to save hot water until you are ready to enter the shower. At that point, you simply turn the valve on to resume shower flow.Combustion safety testing - (including installation of Carbon Monoxide (CO) monitor)
Combustion safety testing ensures that all of your gas appliances are venting correctly—providing you with safety and peace of mind. This also ensures there are no gas or carbon monoxide leaks.Recommended: Low flow showerhead
